Despite being on the opt out pre-screening list and talking to numerous persons at Amica, they continue to send me MULTIPLE mailiings for insurance offers (auto, life, home) per week. All of their customer reps just repeat a scripted statement that it could take up to 6 months to stop receiving their mailings. They “apologize” on the phone and say they will direct my concern to the proper department, but when I ask to speak to someone directly who can resolve my issue, they say they cannot do that.
If these persons cannot even honor a simple request to stop mailing me, they could not be considered to be trustworhy in any manner.
