Sumrall claims I was negligent. Just how the *** can I be negligent sitting in traffic? Oh I’m sorry. An off duty firefighter should get the *** out the way for somebody who was too busy talking on his cellphone.

John Sumrall, an Amica client rear ended my car. Amica doesn’t want to pay my claim or damages done to my car

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $5000.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Amica Insurance Cons: Disgusted, Disregards roadway laws, Unethical, Lack of follow-through and poor customer service, Was not telling truth about company from start.
